The R@W course lasts twenty weeks.

You can enroll in as many runs as you want, as with every new enrollment, you will meet groups of different people with different passions and interests.  

Through R@W, you can discover yourself and map out your future professional goals. During the course, you will attend two-hour weekly online workshops, which are collaborative studio sessions. Participants should also expect to dedicate about four hours weekly to individual and collaborative work.

The R@W_SLS course covers the following topics:

• Understanding the changes in 21st-century society and how they impact people’s needs;

• Learning to apply your unique qualities to improve the lives of others, thus developing your individual agency and mapping out the direction for your future;

• Using multimodal communication as a 21st-century tool to convey your ideas and engage in self-reflective activities;

• Learning to leverage new media opportunities to innovate by employing your unique qualities and using bricolage and remix methodology;

• Collaborating across disciplines to develop the essential skills needed to work with diverse individuals from different backgrounds and locations;

• Understanding the context and audience for generating creative ideas and aligning them with ideas or products.

R@W is an international course.

Fluent skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English.

To participate effectively in R@W activities, you will need a stable Internet connection and Microsoft PowerPoint (PP). The choice of the PP comes from the very essence of Ripples@Work. By using materials and tools that are easy to access and available for others to collaborate with, you can achieve an effective and unique result.
