Ripples At Work Early Adopters Program

By joining the Early Adopters Program, you agree to these terms, which govern your participation and use of the platform.

  • Learning Model: Ripples@Work (R@W) – An ecosystem of teaching and learning principles, relationships, and spaces that guide Learning Ventures.
  • Platform: RippleVerse – A platform integrated into the R@W website, simulating startup venture competitions.

2. Program Overview

  • The Early Adopters Program allows participants to access, test, and give feedback on the R@W learning model and RippleVerse platform.
  • Your feedback helps improve the model and platform.
  • You agree to comply with these terms throughout your participation.

3. Account & Access

  • You’ll need to create an account to access the platform.
  • This account is for you and your authorised users only—no sharing with others or competitors.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the platform as intended—no reverse engineering, copying, or altering the software.
  • Report any bugs, issues, or suggestions to help improve the platform.
  • Participate in the Teachers’ Hub activities (not less than 6 hours—1 hours per week).
  • Posts on the Teachers’ Hub and RippleVerse (social media section) must follow appropriate conduct guidelines (e.g., no hate speech, harassment, or illegal content).

5. Platform Use & Feedback Rights

  • Your feedback (suggestions, ideas) becomes the property of the Company, helping enhance the platform.
  • The Company may remove any inappropriate posts or content from the platform at its discretion.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • The Company handles personal data according to its Privacy Policy
  • You retain ownership of your data but grant the R@W the right to use it for the learning model and platform improvements and promotions.
  • Any use of platform data for research, evaluation, or publication purposes will comply with applicable human research ethics requirements and data will be de-identified unless otherwise agreed.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided “as-is”—it may have bugs and interruptions during the testing phase.
  • The R@W is not liable for any data loss or missed outcomes due to platform use.
  • Your liability to R@W is limited to $500, except for breaches like sharing access with competitors.

8. Termination & Program End

  • Participation in the Early Adopters Program is voluntary.
  • You may withdraw at any time without penalty or disadvantage.
  • Withdrawal from the program will not affect your professional relationship with Ripples At Work or access to future opportunities.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Disputes will be handled in good faith and, if unresolved, in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
